Lesson Learned

Nurse in a nursing home it is.

After two days with interviews..*only 3 interviews though (so far)..*

I got 2 joboffers out of the 3 interviews..

 It was between :
100% permanent position nurse in a nursing home..
80% subtitute(?)/temporary nurse in a hospital, contract till december 2012.

And hours of thinking about what to do.. I ended up taking the offer who'd offered me the most secured job.. I took the job in the nursing home.

Pro:
+ 100% permanent position (Work everyday, and every 3th weekend) *Cashmooneeh*
+ Only 30 minutes with transportation away from home *More sleep for me, not like my internships, where 90% of the time i had it outside Oslo, where i had to wake up damn early*
+/- Not as much nurses there, compared to an hospital- which means i have to really be focused and i'll learn to be independent *Challenge accepted?*

Cons:
- Not an hospital (which means *from what i've heard* isn't as much learning experience as i've could get if i worked on a hospital).
- After what i have known, i'll get a little bit less salary (pr hour) than what've could get on the other joboffer *BUT, Moneeey aint everything....or is it!?*
+/- Not as much nurses there, compared to an hospital- which means i really have to be focused and be independent as a newly graduated nurse *Pressure much?*

Anywayz.. i hope i took the right decision.. Cause i shit you not, it was damn hard to decide.
